City parishes will be gathering at St Joseph's Cathedral to celebrate ‘24 hours for the Lord’ from 12.00 noon on Friday, 5 April to 12.00 noon on Saturday, 6 April.
This event will be hosted by the Cathedral Parish beginning with an Opening Mass on Friday, 5 April at 12.00 noon followed by 24 hours of exposition of the Blessed Sacrament. The programme line-up includes opportunity for confession, quiet time for private adoration alternating with Devotions, Taize, Praise & Worship plus 5 Gospel Reflections to be given by the priests. All are welcome!
NOTE:
In view of the above, on Friday, 5 April the following will be cancelled:-
(i) 12.30 pm Mid-Day Mass at the Carmelite Chapel;
(ii) 7.30 pm Holy Hour at the Carmelite Chapel; and
(iii) 6.30 pm Stations of the Cross followed by Holy Mass in Bahasa Malaysia at St Mark’s Church.
(iv) 8.00 pm Stations of the Cross followed by Holy Mass in Mandarin at St Mark’s Church.
